Before first Use

Take the puller set out of the packaging and check all part for damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
The oil bottle will be delivered empty. Fill in suitable lubricating oil.

Using the Pawls

1. Mount the puller set as shown. See also the
figure A.
2. Oil the push rod (6) and the cone head (14).
3. Adjust the pawls (11 + 12) on the workpiece to
the pulled and tighten the nuts. The distance
between the pawls can be adjusted form 70 up
to 170 mm.
4. Turn the push rod with a torque spanner on the
workpiece to be pulled and remove it.
The distance of the puller set with in-
ward-looking pawls can be adjusted
from 50 up to 145 mm.
You can adjust the working height from
0 up to 100 mm.
Keep the thread of the push rod and the
bracket always clean and well lubri-
cated.
