Setting cut-out points

The cut-out points of the VLE 2130 E are pre-set
at the factory and cannot be altered on initial
commissioning.
The following settings are to be checked on initial
commissioning:
R
The specified lower and upper support arm cut-out
points.
R
The position of the automatic safety stop on
lowering.
Standard settings:
Cut-out points Remarks
Lower cut-out point The clearance between the lowest
point of the support arm and the floor
should be 10 mm.
Upper cut-out point The distance between the top edge of
the column base plate and the lowest
point of the standard loadbearing
component must not exceed 1900
mm.
Safety stop At least 200 mm between the lowest
point of the support arm and the floor.

When setting the lifting carriages for the first time
or following repair work, these must be set at least
15 mm higher than specified for normal operation in
the lower position on account of the run-on.

5. Final inspection and
instruction
1. Have proper operation and safety of the VLE 2130 E
checked by a qualified person in the specified
manner (e.g. BGG 945 in Germany).
2. Instruct the user with regard to operation and the
safety devices.
3. Keep a record of commissioning in the test log
book in the specified manner (e.g. BGG 945-1 in
Germany).
