Hint:
The appointments are automatically stored in chronologic order.
If you search a certain name, in order to see the appointment date, either
type the whole name or the initial letters of the searched name.

To change name and appointment time see the chapter Change name
and telephone number on page 39.
With the
button you can add optional spaces. When changing the name and the
telephone number only SHIFT has to appear on the display.
If the added spaces are not enough for the new word, press once more
until SHIFT LOCK appears on the display and add with the button
the missing spaces.
If you want to be reminded to the appointment with a signal sound, activate
the alarm function. For activating the alarm, see page 38.
If the alarm bell symbol appears on the top right corner of the display the
„Alarm Function" mode compares the recorded appointment in the „Note
book" mode and reminds you.
