2. Place a bowl on the scale.
3. Press ▲ Z/T once. The display shows „TARE" on the left side.
The scale shows the weight „0".
4. Fill the item to be weighted to the bowl.
The weight of the newly inserted item is shown on the display. You
can repeat this procedure several times. Never place more than
5 kg on the scale.

Removing the weighted Item

1. Press ▲ Z/T once. At the left side of the display „TARE" is
shown. The scale shows the weight „0".
2. Remove the desired amount of the weighted items.
The weight value of the removed items appears on the display
as a negative value. You can repeat this procedure several
times.
3. Take all of the weighted items from the scale and press ▲ Z/T.
The display shows „0" again.

Setting the Timer

The time function can be used in both the clock and the weighing
mode. At the end of the pre-set time you will hear a signal sound.
The pre-set time runs reversed as a countdown.
1. Press the button T-SET. The bell symbol will be displayed. Now
you can adjust the time accurately to the second.
2. Press ▲ Z/T or ▼ UNIT in order to set the time and press the
button T-SET to confirm the setting and to start the countdown.
3. To reset the time to zero press the button T-SET.
As soon as the adjusted time has expired, you will hear a signal
sound. Press any button to stop the signal sound.

Temperature Display

The scale shows the temperature in °C (degree Celsius).
