6. Close the lid of the bag roll compartment and move the bag cutter to the
opposite direction up to the end. The bag roll is cut into the desired length.
7. Press both unlock buttons (14) simultaneously in order to open the bag
sealing lid (5). The lid is now unlocked and can be opened.
8. Place the bag roll below the air intake (16) and close the bag sealing lid.
Make sure the lid is closed tight. Press the button Schweißen/Seal (11).
The unit automatically seals the edge of the bag roll. As long as the unit is
working, the control LED above the button Schweißen/Seal lights up. After
sealing, the control LED turns off.
9. Open the bag sealing lid and remove the ready bag. Attention: Never touch
the heating wire and the welding seam directly after sealing. There is a risk
of burns! After sealing keep the sealing lid (5) open for several minutes and
allow the unit to cool down.

Fill in Food and seal

1. Fill the food to be preserved into the bag. Make sure the upper part of the
bag is dry and free from food and grease. Also make sure that the bag
edge is cut straight.
2. Place the filled bag in front of the air intake (16). Close the lid completely
and press the button Schweißen/Seal (11). The unit automatically seals
the bag. Wait until the control LED above the button Schweißen/Seal turns
off.
3. Simultaneously press on both unlock buttons (14) in order to open the lid
and remove the sealed bag. Attention: Never touch the heating wire and
the welding seam directly after sealing.
4. After sealing store perishable food in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Do
not leave such food at room temperature.

Vacuum-Sealing

1. Lift up the bag sealing lid (5) and place the filled bag in front of the air
intake (16). Make sure the edge of the bag is placed entirely on the
polyfoam pad (15). By doing this the unit will be able to suck the air from
the bag. Make sure the edge of the bag is cut straight.
2. Close the lid completely and press the button Vakuum + Schweißen/
Vaccum + Seal (10). Vacuuming and sealing will be done automatically.
First the air will be removed, and then the bag will be sealed. Wait until the
control LED above the button Vakuum + Schweißen/Vaccum + Seal turns
off.
