We accept no liability for damage to property or injury to persons
due to incorrect handling or non-compliance with these safety
instructions! Any warranty claim is invalid in such cases.
Unauthorised modification and/or changing of the product is not permitted for safe-
ty and CE approval reasons.
Only use a proper mains socket outlet (230 V/50 Hz) as a power source.
Ensure the subwoofer is correctly commissioned and note these Operating Instruc-
tions when doing so.
When setting up or installing the subwoofer, make sure that the power cord is not
trapped or damaged by sharp edges.
Mains-operated equipment must be kept away from children. If children are present
when the subwoofer is being used, exercise particular caution, especially if children
attempt to poke objects into the device through openings in its housing since this
can cause fatal electric shock.
Never spill liquids onto electrical appliances because this creates a high risk of fire or
fatal electric shock. If liquids are nevertheless spilled, isolate the equipment from the
mains supply immediately and seek the advice of as specialist.
Do not expose the subwoofer to high temperatures, dampness, strong vibrations or
mechanical stresses.
Do not store magnetic storage devices such as diskettes, video cassettes etc. close
to loudspeakers because the magnetic field of loudspeakers can destroy the infor-
mation stored on this storage media.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Plastic sheets, bags, polystyrene
etc. can become dangerous toys for children.
