Outline
This audio monitor speaker unit with a built-in amplifier 1s
capable of monitoring two audio signals at the same time and Is
suitable for connection to BVU series and BVW series VTRs.

Features
Rack-mounting capability
The panel width is EIA standard two units, making this unit
suitable for mounting into a 19-inch rack.
Speaker with magnetic shield
Because this speaker has a built-in magnetic shield, it can be
installed next to another unit, such as a picture monitor.
Built-in hi-fi stereo amplifier
When external speakers are used, the built-in hi-fi stereo amphifier
provides a maximum output of 40W + 40W.
Built-in input level meter
The input level can be monitored with the built-in input leve!
meter.
Selectable input level capability
Input level can be selected from 0dBm, +4dBm or 8dBm.
Selectable input impedance
Any of three input impedances, 6000, [OKO or HIGH, can be
selected.
Both male and female input XLR connectors
Either a male or femal input connector can be used. The one not
being used as an input connector can be used as an input loop-
through direct XLR connector.
Selectable INT/EXT speaker switch
The
XLR
external
speaker connectors
can be used
to drive
external speakers. Either the internal speaker or external speaker
can be selected with a switch on the connector panel.
Selectable AC power supply voltage
Anvy of four power voltages, LOOV, 120V, 220V or 240V, can be
selected using the voltage selector switch.
