7 – Installation and setting
Remove all components from the
packaging and remove all packaging
materials.
Compare the contents of the pack-
age with the scope of delivery and
make sure that all of the parts are in-
cluded.
In the event of missing or damaged
parts, consult your dealer before
starting to assemble the product.
Setting the disc cover (Figure 3)
The position of the disc covers (5)
can be adapted to the relevant work-
ing conditions. To do this, release
the unlocking lever (6) and swivel the
disc cover into the desired working
position. Tighten the unlocking lever
again.
If the unlocking lever is difficult to
operate, or the disc cover remains
moveable after tightening, the clamp-
ing lever can be adjusted accordingly
by loosening or tightening the clamp-
ing nut with an Allen key.
The open disc cover included in the
scope of delivery for this item is de-
signed solely for use with grinding
discs.
