Problem
More than 1 kg was put on the
scales.
During the weighing process,
a button was pressed. The weighing
procedure was interrupted.
More than one coin roll has been re-
moved during the counting process.
The scale cannot identify the coin
rolls that have been removed.
A coin roll was not recognised. The
roll may have too many or too few
coins, there is tape on it or it is wet.
The scale is standing on an uneven
surface or is shaken by external
influences.
Too many notes were put on during
the counting process.
The 500g weight was not applied
during calibration or the weighing
sensor is damaged.
Solution
Remove all weights from the scale.
Remove all the weight from the scale
and restart the weighing process.
Remove the coin rolls from the scale
and start counting again.
Remove the coin roll from the scale.
Correct any defects in the packaging
and place it back on the scale.
If the roll is still not recognized, you
must unpack it and count it as loose
coins.
Place the scale on a flat surface and
restart the scale, remove external
influences.
Remove a few banknotes from
the scale.
Please place the 500g weight on the
weighing hod during calibration. If
the error message is still displayed,
please contact technical support.
