9. About muscle mass
Why is it important to monitor your muscle mass?
One of the key problem associated with getting older is a gradual decline in muscle mass. The scale gives
you an estimate of your muscle mass with regards to your personal parameters (height, age, sex) as well
as your total weight and body fat percentage.
There are no recommended results for muscle mass. However, they can help you monitor your body
composition and its changes: as you increase your activity, your weight may not change but you may
transform your body fat into muscles and change your body shape.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
