5.17 Draining the waste water tank

A black handle (1) is provided below the side door for easy draining of the waste water tank. To open it,
pull on it and keep it in this position during the process.
When the motorhome is not in use for extended periods of time and when it is laid up over winter, the
waste water tank has to be drained completely.
CAUTION
Risk of frost damage!
● If there is a risk of frost, the waste water tank has to be fully drained.
Environmental contamination due to incorrect disposal of the waste water
● Never allow waste water to leak into the ground and never drain waste water
● Only dispose of waste water at the waste disposal points provided specifically for
EN 36
