1. Pre-heat the oven to 50 °C.
2. Switch the oven off when the temperature
has been reached.
3. Place the baking dish with the yeast
dough in the cooking compartment. You
can place the dish directly on the bottom
of the oven.
4. Close the oven door and leave the yeast
dough in the oven for the desired time
without further heating.
The safety lock (child safety
lock)
The locking function is intended to prevent
the following situations:
– Unauthorised or unintentional changes be-
ing made to the settings of the oven;
– Unauthorised or unintentional switching off
of the oven.
For this reason, the locking function can also
be used as a type of child security.
Activating the locking function
The oven does not have to be switched on for
you to activate the locking function.

Interrupting the cooking/
baking process (Pause)
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
The oven is a fire hazard. Food can burn.
Baking paper or other flammable ob-
jects in or near the oven can catch fire.
■ Interrupting the cooking process
("Pause") does not switch off the ap-
pliance.
You can temporarily interrupt a cooking/bak-
ing process:
• Press the Pause/Stop button
The light in the cooking compartment will
go out; the remaining time and temperature
indicator will start to flash.
• To resume an interrupted cooking pro-
cess, press the Start button
The light in the cooking compartment will
light up again; the remaining time and tem-
perature indicator will stop flashing.
Energy-saving mode
Usually, if no cooking/baking process is run-
ning, the appliance will automatically switch
to energy-saving mode after 10 minutes. You
can reduce this time.
