The standard temperature setting or sim-
ple grilling is 210 °C. You can, of course,
change this temperature.

5 °C.
Intensive grilling

Intensive grilling means that both grill ele-
ments as well as the upper heating element
of the oven are in operation.

Intensive grilling with convection

Grilling with the fan does not have such an in-
tense effect as surface grilling. However, you
can grill larger pieces of meat and fish. The
food being grilled does not need to be turned.
1. Place the food to be grilled on the oven
rack on the middle shelf and slide it into
the oven.
2. Place the dripping pan underneath.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Use the left toggle switch (9) to set the
cooking function to "Simple grilling".
5. If necessary, use the right toggle
switch (15) to adjust the temperature.
You can adjust the temperature in steps of
5 °C.
6. Press the Start button
7. Use the left toggle switch (9) to set the
grilling time and press the Start button

The grilling time is approx. 20–25 minutes
depending on the thickness and type of food
to be grilled.

Drying with convection

1. Place the reserved food on the baking
tray and position it on the middle shelf in
the oven.
2. Close the oven door.
