Bedingt durch die elektrostatische Aufladung
kann es unter Umständen am Gerät zu elek-
trostatischen Aufladungen kommen. Diese
können bei Entladung Funkenbildung nach
sich ziehen. Um dies zu vermeiden, muss
man bei jedem Spritzvorgang sicherstellen,
dass die Anlage geerdet ist.
Es muss zwischen Materialbehälter und al-
len Anlagenkomponenten so wie Erde eine
leitende Verbindung (Potentialausgleichska-
bel) bestehen.
Alle Personen innerhalb des Arbeitsberei-
ches müssen leitfähige Schuhe (z.B. Schuhe
mit Ledersohlen) tragen. Der Fussboden des
Arbeitsbereiches muss leitfähig sein (gem.
VDE 0745, Teil 1, Par. 35: Messung nach
DIN 51953).
Farbnebelabsauganlagen sind entsprechend
ortsüblichen Vorschriften bauseits zu erstel-
len.

Nur bei Verwendung von Original - Wagner -
Zubehör und Ersatzteilen bleibt die Garantie
und Produktehaftung vom Hersteller ge-
wahrt.

Berührt man mit der Hand Kunststoffteile
der Sprühpistole, kann es zu harmlosen
Entladungen
(sog.
kommen. Der gleiche Vorgang findet statt,
wenn Sie über einen Kunststoffteppich ge-
hen, sich dabei elektrostatisch aufladen und
dann einen Türgriff aus Metall berühren und
sich dabei "entladen". Die Aufladung der
Kunststoffteile ist durch Hochspannungsfel-
der bedingt. Diese Entladungen sind für den
Menschen vollkommen ungefährlich.

EARTHING
The electrostatic charge may, in certain
cases, give rise to electrostatic charges on
the device. These can cause sparks when
discharging. In order to avoid this, the equip-
ment must always be earthed. There must
be a conductive connection (equipotential
bonding cable) between the material contai-
ner and the equipment.
All persons inside the working area must
wear conductive shoes (e.g. shoes with
leather soles).
The floor of the working area must be con-
ductive, in accordance with VDE 0745, part
1, paragraph 35: measurements according
to DIN 51953.

brush discharge). The same occurs when
you electrostatically charge yourself by wal-
