Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer in order to guarantee that there

Remove a leaking battery from the device immediately. Clean the contacts before
inserting a new battery.
Charging the rechargeable battery
PLEASE NOTE!

Only connect the mains adapter to a plug socket with safety contacts that is prop-
erly installed and matches the technical data of the device. The plug socket must
also be readily accessible after connection so that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■
Remove the mains adapter from the plug socket if a fault occurs during charging or
before a thunderstorm.
■
The battery should only be charged using the charging station that is also supplied.
Do not use the charging station to charge up other batteries.
■
It is essential that you charge up the battery fully before you fi rst use the de-
vice in order to achieve the maximum charging capacity. If the battery is fully
discharged during use, it must be fully charged up again before it is next used.
■
Before inserting the battery pack, check whether the contacts are clean and clean
them if necessary.

First, plug the coaxial power connector for the power adapter (C) into the connector
socket (6) on the motor unit (E) and then connect the power adapter to a wall socket.
The operating light (3) will illuminate red. The battery is charging.
The device will not turn on while charging.

When the operating light turns green, the battery is fully charged.
•
First, detach the power adapter from the mains and then the coaxial power connec-
tor from the motor unit.
Attaching the Wall Bracket

Use the fastening material supplied to hang up the wall bracket. If you are unsure
whether the fastening material supplied is suitable for your wall, seek advice from a
specialist stockist.
■
Hang the wall bracket in a secure and solid place.
