Use and store the device only in closed
rooms.

Do not operate or store the device in
rooms with high humidity.

Do not cover the device during opera-
tion.
■
Use and store the device at room tem-
perature. Do not expose it to extreme
temperatures, temperature fluctuations,
fire, heat sources and direct sunlight for a
prolonged period.
■
Protect the device from impacts.
■
Do not place heavy objects on the device
or the accessories.
■
In the event of damage / faults, switch
the device off immediately.
■
Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.

INSERTING THE BATTERY

Before you first use the pen (1), a 1.5 V bat-
tery, AA (not supplied with the device) must
be inserted.
Before inserting the battery, check whether
the contacts in the pen and on the battery
are clean, and clean them if necessary.
1. Unscrew the battery compartment cov-
er (10).
2. Insert a 1.5 V battery, AA into the pen
with the positive terminal first.
3. Screw the battery compartment cover
onto the pen.
Replace the battery when the power of the
pen starts to wane.
