Reglage des fers
Reculer la table d'entree suivant la fle-
che.
Tourner I'arbre pour amener le tran-
chant de la lame a sa position la plus
haute approximativement dans I'axe
des paliers.
Avec deux planchettes en bois dur, bien
degauchies, pousser la lame (en com-
primant les ressorts), au niveau de la
table de sortie.
Bloquer la lame par les deux vis exte-
rieures (en devissant).
Les deux fers devront etre rigoureuse-
ment au meme niveau.
Controle du reglage des fers
Poser une planchette sur la table de
sortie (F) et avec un crayon faire une
premiere marque.
Tourner I'arbre machine a la main d'un
demi-tour suivant fleche.
Le bois doit se deplacer legerement.
Faire une deuxieme marque au crayon
puis mesurer. Le reglage est correct si
i'ecart est de I'ordre de 2 a 3 mm (cote
x).
Faire cette verification a gauche et a
droite de chaque fer, apres chaque bio-
cage des vis R.S.
II n'est pas possible de degauchir
correctement si ces conditions ne
sont pas remplies.
Einstellen der Messer
Den Eingangstisch nach Pfeil
zuruckstellen.
Die Messerwelle so drehen, dass die
Schneide auf dem hochsten Punkt steht
annahernd in der Achsmitte der
Lagerschalen stehen.
Das Messer mil zwei abgerichteten
Hartholzstiicken auf die Hone des
Ausgangstisches drucken (dabei die
Druckfedern komprimieren).
Das Messer mit zwei ausseren
Schrauben befestigen (dabei auf-
drehen).
Die Einstellung 1st dann richtig, wenn
die Schneidekanten der Messer auf
dem selben Flugkreis laufen.
Kontrolle des Einstellens der Mes-
ser
Hartholzstuck auf den Ausgangstisch
(F) legen und mit einem Bleistift einen
ersten Anriss machen.
Die Welle um eine halbe Umdrehung in
Pfeilrichtung drehen.
Das Holz muss leicht vorrutschen.
Einen zweiten Anriss machen und dann
abmessen. Die Einstellung ist
einwandfrei, wenn des Abstand etwa 2
bis 3 mm betragt (Abmessung x)
Dieses waagerechte Verschieben des
Holzes links und rechts, sowie vor und
nach dem Befestiegen der Schrauben
prufen (R.S.)
Es ist nich moglich, gut abzu-
richten, wenn diese Anweisungen
nicht beachtet werden.
Adjusting the cutters
Move the entry table as the arrows.
Turn the knife block to bring the cutting
edge of the blade to its highest position,
so that is approximately on the axis of
the points.
With two pieces of well surfaced hard
wood, press the blade (by pressing the
springs) to the level of the exit table.
Firmly fix the knives with the outer
screws (anti-clockwise).
The two knives must be at exactly the
same level.
Checking the adjustment of the
knives.
Position a small piece of wood on the
exit table (F), then make a small pencil
mark.
Move the block by hand a half turn as
per the arrow.
The wood should have moved slightly.
Make a second pencil mark, measure
between the two marks, the setting is
correct if there is a gap about 2 to 3 mm
(x).
To check the adjustment, check the left
and right of every blade, both before
and after tightening each screw (R.S.)
It is not possible to plane correctly if
the above check is not carried out
first.
Bloquer ensuite definitivement les fers,
toutefois sans exageration.
Wenn die Einstellung beendet ist, sind
alle Schrauben fest anzuziehen, jedoch
nicht mit Gewalt.
The adjustment done, tighten the cut-
ters completely, of course not exces-
sively.
