1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines, using state-of-the-art technologies
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE
THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
USER MANUAL.
To increase the product life of the device and to ensure
trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are
up to date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury or death.
The term „device" or „product" in the warnings and
instructions refers to the CHOCOLATE
MACHINE.
2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) The device plug must fit into the socket. Do not
modify the plug in any way. Original plugs and
matching sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid touching earthed items such as tubes, radiators,
heaters and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of
electric shock if your body is earthed and touches the
device exposed to direct rain, wet floor and humid
environment. If water penetrates into the device,
there is an increased risk of damage to the device and
electric shock.
c) Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.
d) Do not use the cable in a wrong way. Never use it to
carry the device or to pull the plug out of the socket.
Keep the cable away from heat sources, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cables
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) If you cannot avoid using the device in a wet
and
environment, use a residual current device (RCD).
Using an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) Do not use the device if the power cable is damaged
or shows clear signs of wear. A damaged power cable
should be replaced by a qualified electrician or the
manufacturer's service.
g) To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cable,
plug or device itself in water or other liquid. Do not
use the device on wet surfaces.
h) CAUTION - DANGER TO LIFE! When cleaning or using
the device, never immerse it in water or other liquids.

2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORK AREA

a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what
you are doing and use common sense when working
with the device.
b) If in doubt as to whether the device is working
properly, contact the manufacturer's service.
c) Repairs to the device may only be carried out by
the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs
yourself!
d) In the event of fire or fire, use only powder or snow
(CO ) extinguishers to extinguish fire in the device

where there is voltage.
e) Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly.
Replace them if they are illegible.
f) Keep these instructions for future reference. If
the device is to be passed on to third parties, the
instructions for use must be handed over together
with the device.
g) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of
the reach of children.

h) Keep the device away from children and animals
i) When using this device together with other devices,
the other instructions for use must also be followed.
2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not operate the device if you are tired, ill or under
the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication which
might impair your ability to operate the device.
b) The device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced mental, sensory or
intellectual functions or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person

responsible for their safety or have been given
instructions by them on how to operate the device.
c) The device may only be operated by persons who are
physically fit, capable of handling the device and who
have been adequately trained, who have read these
instructions and have received training in health and
safety.
d) Be careful and use common sense when operating
the device. A short moment of distraction during
operation may lead to serious personal injury.
e) The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
f) Do not put your hands or objects inside the working
device!
2.4. SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE
a) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does
not function properly (does not switch on and off).
Devices that cannot be controlled by the switch
are dangerous, must not be operated and must be
repaired.
b) The device must be disconnected from the power
supply before adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.
This preventive measure reduces the risk of accidental
activation.
c) Keep unused devices out of the reach of children
and anyone not familiar with the device or these
instructions. Devices are dangerous in the hands of
inexperienced users.
d) Keep the device in good working order.
e) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f) Repair and maintenance of the device should be
carried out by qualified persons using only original
spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.
g) To ensure the designed operational integrity of the
device, do not remove factory-installed covers or
loosen any screws.
h) Do not move, shift or rotate the device during
operation.
i) Clean the device regularly to prevent the permanent
accumulation of dirt.
j) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
must not be performed by children without adult
supervision.
k) Do not start the device when it is empty.
l) It is forbidden to tamper with the device in order to
change its parameters or construction.
m) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
n) Take care not to get burns by the steam when opening
the device's cover.
o) Do not touch the device apart from its control panel
when using it.

p) In the case of a failure or malfunction of the device,
switch it off and do not manipulate with it.
q) The containers must not be placed on gas or
induction cookers and used as pots.
CAUTION! Although the device has been designed
to be safe and has been equipped with adequate
safeguards, and despite the use of additional safety
measures, there is still a small risk of accident or
injury when operating the device. Caution and
common sense are advised when using the device.
3. RULES OF USE
The device is intended to heat and maintain the temperature
of chocolate.
The user is responsible for any damage caused by
improper use.
ATTENTION! This product's view can be found on the
last pages of the operating instructions (pp. 30-31).
3.1. PREPARATION FOR WORK
LOCATION OF THE DEVICE
The ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C and the
relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Position the device
in a way that allows for good air circulation. Maintain a
minimum distance of 10 cm from any wall. Keep the device
away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the device on a
level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the
reach of children and persons with reduced mental, sensory
and intellectual abilities. Position the device in such a way
that the power supply plug can be reached at any time. Make
sure that the device's power supply corresponds to the data
on the rating plate!
Wash the container before first use.
3.2. WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
1. Install the power supply cable by plugging the 3 pin
end to the socket in the case of the device.
2. Fill the chamber with the heating element with water.
The water level should be above the heating element.
3. Place the container inside the device.
4. Place chocolate inside the container.
5. Close the device with the cover.
6. Plug the power supply plug into the wall outlet.
7. Switch the device on with the ON/OFF button.
8. Set the required temperature using the buttons
(arrows) on the thermostat.
CAUTION! During heating the indicator light will be
turned on. If it is turned off it means that the contents
of the container reached the desired temperature.
If the contents cool down and their temperature
drops, the device will restart heating to reach desired
temperature and the indicator light will turn on again.
The devices include two valves: the upper is used to
drain the steam and the lower one to drain water from
the device.
