SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the safety instructions carefully before use and keep these operating instructions
for future reference:
Warning: Please observe the following points or you may run the risk of electric shock
or burns to your body.
• Do not disassemble the appliance without specialist personnel.
• If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the customer service
department, thus averting a hazard.
• Do not put any cleaning agents or chemical solutions in it.
• Unplug the appliance before filling, cleaning and servicing.
• Keep cleaning agents and solvents away from children.
• Do not use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer. This can
otherwise lead to a hazard.
• If there is an unusual smell during use, switch off the appliance and disconnect the
appliance from the power supply. Have the unit repaired by qualified personnel.
• If cleaning agents or chemical substances get into your mouth, eyes or other parts
of your body while cleaning, call an emergency doctor to prevent accidental
injuries.
• Do not reach into the water of the container when the appliance is in operation.
• Do not operate the appliance without water in the container.
• Do not scratch the ultrasonic transducer or clean it with harsh cleaners.
• Do not allow water to enter the interior of the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
