• Tighten all individual parts and pre-assembled parts!
• Check the firmness again before each training session!
• Use an underlay to protect the floor.
Step 1: Attach the feet
• Unscrew the nuts from the four bolts supplied and remove the
washers.
Attach the rear stand (1) to the main body (7):
• Hold the base on the rear mounting plate (7.1) of the main body
so that the bases point downwards. Insert the bolts (A) through
the holes in the base and in the sheet metal.
• Place a washer and a nut on each bolt. Tighten the nuts with the
open-end wrench (B).
• Repeat the steps on the front stand (2). Mount the mounting
tube (2.1) of the front base on the front mounting plate
(7.2).
Step 2: Attaching the Pedals:
• Place the threaded part of the right pedal (4)
on the hole in the right crank arm (7.4). Turn
the threaded fitting clockwise into the crank
arm until the pedal is loosely secured.
• Turn the left pedal (3) counterclockwise into
the left crank arm (7.3).
• Tighten the pedals well with the wrench!
Note that the left pedal has left-hand
threads and must be tightened
counter-clockwise.
• Check that the pedals are firmly fixed
before each use.
