BASIC RADIO DATA SYSTEM (RDS) OPERATION
1. AF function
When starting the host for the first time, its system will be defaulted in the RDS (AF)
tracking and station selection state automatically, and in case the broadcasting
station of FM band requires to be listened, RDS (AF) function must be turned off
firstly, otherwise, FM band cannot be used to receive the broadcasting station.
Method for turning on/off AF: The AF function can be turned off after long pressing the
"Function Selection" key in the reception mode, adjusting the volume knob to move the box
to the "AF" icon, and then short pressing the "Function Selection" key. The AF function can
be turned on after repeating the operation once.
2. TA function
Method for turning on/off TA: The AF function can be turned on after long pressing the
"Function Selection" key in the reception mode, adjusting the volume knob to move the box
to the "TA" icon, and then short pressing the "Function Selection" key. The AF function can
be turned off after repeating the operation once.
3. PTY Function
The PTY program type table can be opened after first long pressing the "Function
Selection" key in the reception mode, adjusting the volume knob to move the box to the
"PTY" icon, and then short pressing the "Function Selection" key, then the program type
can be selected after rotating the volume knob, and the automatic search can be entered
after short pressing the "Function Selection" key finally.
BASIC DAB OPERATION
1. Antenna connection
Connect the DAB antenna correctly according to the wiring diagram.
2. Search and station memorizing
The search and station memorizing can be entered after pressing the mode switch key to
switch the host into DAB mode, and then long pressing the "
completed, it will play the first valid station.
3. Listen to the broadcasting stations
The valid broadcasting stations automatically searched will be stored in the three bands
including DAB1, DAB2 and DAB3, there is a total of 18 stations, and if there are more than
18 valid stations, the listening can be selected after pressing the "Previous" or the "Next"
key.
