Initial set up
The mains switch must always be switched off
and the cable disconnected from the mains
when working on the unit.
 Connect the mains plug of the device to a suitable 230 V
mains socket.

The PTFE handle (1) is firmly connected to the black 10

Plug
A cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is used for power
transmission.
The mass tongs are made of cast brass, which makes them
very stable and does not scratch the surface of the work-
piece.
The earth terminal establishes the electrical contact be-
tween the workpiece and the electrochemical cleaning
device.
 Ensure a good electrical contact has been established be-
tween the earth terminal and the workpiece.
 Clean the contact point if necessary.
 Always connect the earth plug (1) to the "Plus" connection
socket on the unit.

Locking / unlocking the plug
The plugs lock automatically when inserted

unlocked by pressing them in again!
Make sure that the connections are correct.
Locking the plug
 Push the plug into the connector socket until you feel it
clearly engage.
 Check that the plug is seated correctly by pulling it back
slightly.
The plug must not come loose.
Unlocking the plug
 To unlock, press the plug lightly into the connection sock-
et until you feel a resistance (light click).

 Now pull the plug out of the connection socket.
Never pull the plugs out of the socket by the
cable!
The cables can be damaged.
Never load the plugs crosswise.
