Your wine cooler is designed to provide optimal conditions for storing and/or serving your wines. Good
wines require long and stable development and need special conditions to reach their full potential.
All wines mature optimally at the same ideal temperature, which is a constant temperature between 12ºC and
14ºC. In other words, as long as the temperature of your wine cooler is constant (12ºC - 14ºC), your wines
will be stored in perfect conditions.
Not all wines will improve over the years. Some should be enjoyed young (2 to 3 years), while others have
enormous storage potential (50 years and longer). All wines have a optimal stage of maturity. Talk to your
wine merchant for the best guide.
