Either the upper or lower 4 bits (Nibble) of the 8 bits data contents of an address is output
(Bit 0 on Output 1, Bit 1 on Output 2, etc.). The address is given in decimal.

Configuration
Compare Contents of multiple Addresses with a fixed Value:
The data contents of up to 4 addresses are compared with a fixed decimal value. To each
address can be assigned which of the Outputs 1 to 4 is set or cancelled by a positive result
of the comparison an whether in case of a negative result of the comparison the output shall
not be changed or shall be set in contrary to the definition with the positive result (inverted
response).
All addresses found within the read command will be processed.
