9. In the event of problems

Problem
Massage heads
are moving slowly.
Massage heads are
moving in the upper
or lower area only.
Massage heads
not moving.
Cause
The load on the massage
heads is too great.
The massage has been acti-
vated for the limited region.
Appliance not connected to
the power supply.
Device not switched on.
Transport locks were not
removed. Massage mecha-
nism is damaged.
Overheating protection
tripped, device is damaged.
Remedy
Reduce the contact pressure on the head.
Press the full back, upper back, lower back buttons
to change the massage region.
Press the neck button to activate the neck massage.
Connect the plug to the mains supply and switch on
the appliance.
Switch the device on with
