11.2 Cleaning of the lifting system
To clean the lifting system, use commercially available gentle cleaning agents such as
dishwashing liquid and warm water.

11.3 Oil level control
Check the oil level on all lifting units. To do this, lower the wheel fork
to the lowest position.
1. Switch off the main switch.
2. Open the cover.
3. Check oil level, top up if necessary.
4. Close the cover.
11.4 Vent the hydraulic system
1. Lift fork to 150 mm up to 200 mm.
Do not lift the fork until the safety catch engages.
2. Release the bleed screw until air audibly escapes.
3. Tighten the bleed screw once no more air escapes.
Torque for bleed screw: 20 Nm.

Do not use high pressure cleaners.
Remove dirt carefully.
Make sure that no residues of the cleaning agent remain on the lifting unit.
After cleaning, dry the lifting station with a cloth and spray with a wax or oil
spray.
