6. If the ingredients are ready, first switch off the appliance and then lift the
beaters or dough hooks out of the bowl to avoid food flinging out of the
bowl.
7. Always unplug the appliance and then eject the beaters or dough hooks by
pushing the eject button (1). Push the releasing knob (10) to remove the
mixer from the lay-on arm. Pull off the mixer. Always unplug the mixer from
the power mains before inserting or removing the beaters or dough hooks.

Cleaning and Storing

Clean the body of the appliance with a moist cloth. Do not immerse it in
water or any other liquids. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives
for cleaning.
Clean the bowl and beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the
dishwasher. Clean the accessories immediately after use to avoid food
sticking.
Keep the ventilation slots (12) on the motor housing clean at all time. Avoid
debris to get into the slots.
Store the whole set in a dry and dust-free location. So you will have all
parts of the set ready for use.
Store the mixer set out of reach of children.
