BEFORE ALL OPERATIONS, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE
FROM THE PRIMARY SUPPLY MAINS
The lasting efficiency of the welding system is directly linked with the frequency of
maintenance operations, in particular:
For welding machines, it is sufficient to keep the inside clean; the dustier the working
environment, the more frequently the inside should be cleaned.
- Remove the cover.
- Remove every trace of dust from the internal parts of the generator using a jet of compressed
air with pressure not higher than 3 Kg/cm2.
- Check all the electrical connections, ensuring that screws and nuts are firmly secured.
- Do not hesitate to replace worn components.
-Replace the cover.
- Once the above operations have been completed, the generator is ready for service,
following the instructions given in the chapters on "system installation".
IT IS NECESSARY TO CLEAN THE REAR AND FRONT DUST FILTERS PERIODICALLY
