Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!
❐ Danger of burns! Let the pans cool down completely before cleaning them.
❐ Never pour cold water into the pans when they are still hot. The coating could peel off.
❐ The pans without the handle are dishwasher-safe. However, repeated cleaning with
detergents in the dishwasher may attack the coating on the pans and have a detri-
mental effect on fi ttings.
❐ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning.
These may damage the coating.
• Clean the pans before you fi rst use them and after every other use with clear, warm
water and a little mild detergent. The pans without the handles are dishwasher-safe.
After cleaning you should dry all parts thoroughly.
• Store the pans in a dry, clean place.

2. Attaching the pan handle: Place the handle from
above into the handle bracket. Press the catch (A)
backwards with your thumb. Hold the catch pressed
down and as you do this slide the handle to the pan.
The locking lug (B) on the handle must sit correctly in
the opening (C) of the bracket. Fold the handle down
and release the catch. The handle must be heard to
engage in place.
