Adjust the shaft length
For high or low cutting the shaft lengt can be
varied up to 34 cm.
◼ Loosen the threaded sleeve on the shaft

coupling (Œ.)
◼ Extend the lower shaft until the ideal
handle length is reached (œ.).
◼ Tighten the threaded sleeve (3.).
Adjust the working angle
For high or low cutting the cutting head can
be tilted.
◼ Press up the locking button (Œ.).
◼ Set the required working angle (œ.).
◼ Release the locking button until it clicks
into place.

Inserting/replacing the battery

◼ Charging the battery as described in the
user manual of the charger.
◼ Press the charged battery into the power
tool until it clicks into place.
◼ To remove, press the release button (Œ.)
and pull out the battery (œ.).
CAUTION!
Protect the battery contacts when the
battery is not being used. Loose metal parts
may short-circuit the contacts –
Explosion and fire hazard!
