11.9 Mounting the end block,
tension end
• Move the carriage up to the end of the
frame.
• Position the tension pulley (1) on the
frame and wrap the toothed belt (2)
around it.
• Screw the toothed belt to the carriage
using a clamping fixture (3), supporting
the clamping fixture with one hand.
Make sure the toothed belt (2)
engages in the slots in the sealing
strips (4).
• Push the end block onto the tie rods
over the tension pulley.
• Slip on the end plate and screw it down
using the fixing nuts.

11.9 Montage de la tête
d'extrémité côté tendeur
• Pousser le plateau jusqu'à l'extrémité
du corps principal.
• Poser la poulie de tension (1) sur le
corps principal et l'entourer de la cour-
roie crantée (2).
• Fixer la courroie crantée avec la pièce
de bridage (3) sur le plateau en main-
tenant la pièce de bridage d'une main.
S'assurer que la courroie crantée
(2) agit bien sur les rainures des réglettes
d'étanchéité (4).
• Introduire la tête d'extrémité sur la tige
filetée au-dessus de la poulie de tension.
• Mettre la plaque d'extrémité en place
et la fixer à l'aide des écrous de fixation.

d'estremità lato tensione
• Spingere la tavola fino all'estremità del
profilato di base.
• Collocare il rullo tendicinghia (1) nel
profilato ed avvolgere la cinghia den-
tata (2) intorno al rullo tendicinghia.
• Avvitare la cinghia dentata alla tavola
con elemento di fissaggio (3) tenendolo
di sotto con una mano.
Far attenzione a che la cinghia
dentata (2) si inserisca nelle scanalature
dei listelli di tenuta (4).
• Spingere la testata sui tiranti filettati
sopra il rullo tendicinghia.
• Collocare la piastra d'estremità ed
avvitare saldamente con i dadi di
bloccaggio.
