Setting r.p.m. warning/ Changing gear warning

Using the EDM eco you can specify an engine speed alarm value. If this alarm value is exceeded,
the driver receives an audible and visual warning signal (-> 20) to tell him to change to the next
gear up.
Set the upper revolutions limit for the economical (green) range as the alarm value for engine
speed.
If you wish to deactivate the r.p.m. warning, simply reset the alarm value to "0000".
