4.2.2 Rotary knobs of the cooking zones

❖ Each cooking zone is equipped with 6 power levels. You can set the power levels
using the corresponding rotary knobs (s. fig. below).

Cooking zone is switched off.

➢ Suitable for keeping dishes warm.
➢ Lowest setting.

➢ Suitable for stewing, the steaming of vegetables and slow cooking.

➢ Suitable for the cooking of soups and larger dishes.

➢ Suitable for slow frying

➢ Suitable for the grilling of meat and fish.
6
➢ Suitable for quick heating, for quick cooking, for frying, etc.
➢ Highest setting.
