5. Secure the vehicle resp. the load with suitable jack stands.
6. Close the air valve by releasing the bracket.

Lowering

1. Position the air service jack under the vehicle resp. the load and lift up the
vehicle a little bit in order to be able to carefully remove the jack stands.
2. After lifting the vehicle, remove the air valve (4) from the compressor.
3. Turn the release/stop valve (1) carefully and slowly counter clockwise in
order to low down the piston (10) of the air service jack.
Important! Only low down the vehicle very slowly!
4. Screw in the release/stop valve (1) by turning it clockwise.
5. Remove the air service jack from the vehicle resp. the load.

Maintenance

Clean the surface or the air service jack regularly with a dry and clean
cloth.
Lubricate the moving parts and the lifting cylinder regularly to ensure
proper function of the air service jack.
Check the oil level regularly and replace the hydraulic oil after 6 months.
If not in operation, store the air service jack in a dry place. Make sure the
piston is in the lowest position.

Venting

If air bubbles are in the hydraulic system or lifting performance is
restricted, the air service jack must be vented.
Turn the release/stop valve (1) 1 ½ turns counter clockwise and remove
the oil filler plug very carefully from the oil filler opening (11).
Connect the air connection (3) with a compressor and press down the air
valve (4).
Shut off the release/stop valve (1) by turning clockwise and check the oil
level by filling fresh hydraulic oil into the piston.
