Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Only use the air service jack for its intended use, to lift up
vehicles and loads for a short period of time.
Read and understand the instruction manual. Make sure all
operators are trained to use the service jack properly.
Never exceed the specified lifting weight for the air service jack!
Please read the vehicle's operating instructions for the appropri-
ate vehicle weight. Permanent holding may overload the jack
and cause damages.
Unauthorized manipulation and alterations as well as incorrect
use of the service jack can lead to serious personal injury and
material damage.
The service jack is approved for private use only.
Wear personal protective equipment such as safety shoes.
Keep persons, including children with limited physical, sensory
or mental abilities, away from the service jack. These persons
cannot correctly asses the hazards posed by the service jack.
Do not leave packaging material lying around. Packaging
material might become a deadly toy for children.
Keep the air service jack out of reach of children. The air service
jack is not a toy.
It is not allowed to lift up persons with the service jack.
Make sure that no persons or animals are in the vehicle and are
far enough from the vehicle, when the vehicle is raised or low-
ered.
Only use the jack on solid, level ground to prevent the vehicle
from rolling away while lifting. Note that floors that are not suffi-
cient for this load can yield. The jack may get stuck.
Secure the vehicle against rolling away before you lift it up with
the service jack. Engage the handbrake and the gear. Block the
non-lifted wheels with chocks.
