7. TRAINING

TRAINING TIPS

All recommendations in this manual are intended exclusively for healthy persons and not
for persons with heart/cardiovascular problems.
All tips are intended only as rough suggestions for a training program.
If necessary, consult your physician for tips that meet your personal requirements.
The following pages will explain exactly how to operate your new training device and will
illustrate the fundamentals of fitness training. In order to reach your desired training goal,
it is imperative to inform yourself about important points for creating a training program
in general and about the exact way to operate your home trainer using this manual as a
guide. Therefore, please thoroughly read all of the points listed here and pay them close
attention.
USE
1. RESISTANCE LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
You can set different resistance levels to regulate the intensity of your workout.
Use the resistance knob to adjust the 8 resistance levels.
2. SETTING THE PEDAL STRAPS
You should set the pedal straps for ideal use of the exercise bike. Put on gym shoes to
find the ideal strap length. Set the straps so that your feet slip just in and out.
3. SETTING THE SEAT HEIGHT
The correct seat height is important to help you achieve the ideal biking posture. When
seated on the seat, you should be able to reach the lower pedal with your leg stretched.

4. BRAKE SYSTEM

The product has been outfitted with a magnetic braking system. The braking system is
speed-independent.
5. TRAINING
Hold the handlebar with both hands in the position that is most comfortable to you. Remain
seated on the seat throughout your training session.
Secure your feet to the pedals using the pedal straps.
The exercise bike simulates cycling. This mode of training stimulates your cardiovascular
system as well as the muscles in your legs, buttocks, and back.
