C.2
Designing the system
▶
Ensure that the system has been planned in accordance with the codes of practice and the applicable planning stand-
ards.
▶
Observe the planning information for the units that are to be integrated.
▶
Observe the same basic hydraulic diagrams, see section "Basic hydraulic diagrams".
▶
Note the following points in the event of dimensioning that is tailored according to requirements:
VPS buffer cylinder
–
Domestic hot water demand (adapted to the VPM W domestic hot water station)
–
Heat load
–
Type of boiler (running time, bridging time)
VPM W domestic hot water station
–
Domestic hot water demand, depends on:
–
Number of people
–
Type of application
–
Simultaneity
–
Buffer cylinder volume
Heating expansion vessel
–
System volume (incl. buffer cylinder)
–
System height or expansion vessel pre-charge pressure
–
Water trap
Heat generator
–
Technologies:
–
Oil-fired floor-standing boilers/oil-fired condensing boilers
–
Gas-fired floor-standing boilers/gas-fired condensing boilers/gas-fired boilers
–
Pellet boilers
–
Heat pumps (water, brine, air)
Circulation pump
–
Actuation
–
Pressure level
–
Volume flow
Heating circuits
–
Any number of heating circuits is possible (depends on the control)
–
Heating circuit types:
–
Static heating surfaces
–
Underfloor heating surfaces
Max. flow temperature 40 °C
–
Heat interface units
–
Regulated heating circuits
–
Maximum total output of the heating circuits:
