Closing the pod

To close the pod, thread the black rubberised rod through the red rope loop on the up-
per left side and draw the loop through the rope loop connected to the left hang point.
Secure with the snap shackle.
This should be done after closing the leg loops and chest strap. The snap shackle on
the pod also serves as a securing device. Please use the closing of the pod as a remin-
der to double check that the leg loops and chest straps are properly connected.
Finally, close the plastic buckle on the left-hand side of the pod.
Please only open the pod snap shackle and buckle after landing. To do this, pull the
release cord on the snap shackle. It will open and it can then be removed from the loop.

Cockpit adjustment

A row of instruments can be fitted to the cockpit. Attach them using Velcro and secure
them with lanyards. To avoid catching your lines, we recommend using small maillons
rather than carabiners to secure your instruments.
The position of the cockpit can be adjusted using the two grey adjustment straps (left
and right). This allows you to change both the height and the angle.

Drink containers

In the storage container behind the back there is a pocket designed for a drinking cont-
ainer. There is a designated opening for the drinking tube. An elastic strap on the shoul-
der strap can be used to fix the tube in place.
