Fuse replacement procedure

To carry out a correct replacement of the fuses on the machine, follow the instructions below:
1. disconnect the power supply and open the fuse box using a screwdriver, make sure you insert the
screwdriver in the slot on the fuse box and levering up outwards;
2. insert a screwdriver into the two side holes for fuse expulsion
3. remove the old fuses
4. insert a new fuse at a time by using a slight pressure to the left, with a finger
5. push the box back to fit into the slot.

End of life

The useful life expected for the device is 10 years.
The Endolaser 422 contains materials that can be recycled and/or are noxious to the environment.
Specialized companies can dissemble the unit and sort out these materials. When you dispose of the
unit, find out about local regulations concerning waste management.
6.3

Troubleshooting

The Endolaser unit has been designed and manufactured using highly advanced technology and first
class components to ensure a reliable and efficient performance.
However, should you meet with any operational problems; it is recommended that you consult the
following guide before contacting your authorized service centres.
Whenever any of the following situations occur, disconnect the machine and contact Enraf-Nonius BV.

The cord set or rear supply panel are worn out or damaged.
•
Liquid has spilt inside the equipment
•
The equipment has been exposed to rain
WARNINGS:
•
DO NOT OPEN the Endolaser unit as HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICITY is present..
•
DO NOT OPEN the Laserprobe: this will cause damage to the accessories
•
Warranty will no longer be valid
CAUTIONS:
•
Only Enraf-Nonius BV. authorized technicians may carry out service on the internal parts of the
equipment.
•
The equipment contains an IR LASER SOURCE which emits dangerous radiation
•
For repairs and further information, contact your local Enraf-Nonius dealer or authorised service
centres.
