Installation Instruction
Installation Place Selection
The air conditioner should not be
installed at a place with inflammable
gases, or it will cause a fire hazard.
The unit should be installed at a place
where direct cold/hot air or
vibration noise will not disturb neigh-
bours.
Transportation
• For transportation, please do not dismantle the packaging. Move the unit to the installation location as closely as
possible.
• Do not lift the unit only at two points. While lifting the unit, do not sit on the unit. The unit should be upright. While
moving the unit with a forklift, put the fork into the special hole at the bottom of the unit. While being lifted, the unit
should be supported by four steel cables that are over 8mm in diameter. Add cushioning at the contact section
between the steel cable and the unit to prevent distortion or damage

The unit should be installed at a place
with proper ventilation. Ensure there is
no obstacle in the air flow of the inlet/
outlet and no strong wind blows against
the unit.
Information on installation space follows
later.
• A place where there is a free flow of
water.
• A place where no other heat source
will affect the unit.
• Place where snow will not clog the
outdoor unit.
• During installation, fix the anti-vi-
bration rubber between the unit and
the bracket to meet the noise and
vibration requirement.

The unit should be installed in a stable
and reliable place to avoid vibration and
noise.
• Do not install the unit in the places
mentioned below to avoid damage:
• Places with corrosive gas (spa area
etc.)
• Places with salty air (seaside etc.)
• Places with strong coal smoke.
• Places with high humidity.
• Places with devices that emit
Hertzian waves.
• Places with significant voltage
fluctuations.
