Assembling / disassembling
the parasol (see Fig. A)
Note: For assembly you will need a working space
at least 2 m in diameter.
Note: If possible have a second person help you
with the assembly.
Follow these steps:
1. Unpack the parasol carefully.
2. Insert the top pole

Note: Ensure that the end of the top pole
etrates at least 10 cm into the bottom pole

4. Place the parasol in a suitable parasol stand (not
contained in delivery).
Note: Always comply with the safety and
operating instructions of the manufacturer.
Note: Ensure that the parasol base has a minimum
weight of approx. 50 kg. The bottom pole
penetrate at least 40 cm into the parasol base.
Non-observance of this advice could cause the
parasol to overturn, resulting in injury and / or
damage. A parasol base is not included.
5. When disassembling the parasol, follow the in-
structions in reversed order.

Cleaning and storage
Clean the product using a slightly moist, fluff-free
cloth. For more stubborn dirt you may also apply
a weak soap solution to the cloth.
Do not use chemical cleaners, scouring agents or
sharp objects for cleaning the device, otherwise
the product could be damaged.
Store the product in a cool, dry place over the
winter.

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,
which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more
details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
Warranty
must
The product has been manufactured to strict quality
guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery.
In the event of product defects you have legal rights
against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights
are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed
below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date
of purchase. Should this product show any fault in
materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date
of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our
choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location.
This document is required as your proof of purchase.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been
damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manu-
facture. This warranty does not cover product parts
subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered con-
sumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile
parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass
parts.
