Operation and start-up
DVB-S
DVB-T / DVB-C
1. Connect the coaxial cable to the LNB or ANT input of the meter.
2. Switch on the meter at the power switch. After booting, the main menu appears. The
menu consists of various submenus. Select the desired function by tapping it with
your finger.
3. By pressing the EXIT button or using the back function, you can switch between the
menus and options.
4. The unit is pre-programmed at the factory with a channel list for Astra and Hotbird.
For terrestrial/cable operation, the frequencies must be selected or scanned for mea-
surement.
5. After selecting the desired reception mode, you can read the measurement and recep-
tion data directly on the display.
6. Using various icons, you can call up further options such as constellation, scope, TP
control, spectrum, LNB settings and much more.
7. By pressing the „i" key on the unit, you can always see the current assignment of the
function keys and view further help.
8. You can start a channel search via the magnifying glass icon.
9. The „+" icon gives you the option of increasing the reception values.
10. Further details can be found via the digital operating instructions or on the enclosed
CD.
