6. Additional instructions
1.
Always place the fryer on a stable surface and keep all flammable materials
away from the appliance during use.
2.
Make sure that the fryer is not near or on a stove or a cooking surface that
is switched on.
3.
Before using the fryer, it has to be filled with the necessary quantity of oil
or fat.
Never use the fryer without oil or fat, as this may damage the appliance.
4.
Never move the fryer during use. The oil becomes very hot. Wait until the
appliance and the oil have cooled down completely before moving the
fryer.
5.
This fryer is protected by a thermal fuse that automatically switches off the
appliance if it overheats.
6.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
7.
Do not leave the fryer unattended if it is switched on.
8.
Always ensure the safety of children when they are near the fryer.
9.
If the fryer and / or the cable is damaged, they have to be repaired by a
professional service department. Do not try to repair the appliance or to
replace the damaged cable on your own. Special tools are necessary for
this.
