If the job's General Job Parameters > Job Type parameter is set to either Wholesale-
Works Generic or WholesaleWorks Specific, the keys are mapped as follows. Note
that the presence and contents of "Tab0" and "Tab1" are dictated by the
ScanLink plug-in used by the job in question (Note that some mapping are
double presses. For example, 0,1 indicates pressing 0 and then 1 in quick
succession):
