9 Unplugging the connector
Open the locking lever completely by
pressing down the locking hook on the
cover. When pressing the lever to its
pre-setting position, the force must be
applied perpendicular to the housing's
top surface (see fig. 38) to avoid lever
deformation
and
locking lever can be felt to snap into
place.
Remove the connector from the terminal
strip.
10 Fastening the wiring harness,
strain relief
Fasten
the
wiring
connector at a maximum distance of 100
mm from the connector and at the same
vibration level as the control unit.
To do so, make use of a rubber-sheathed
metal clip or a sufficiently solid cable tie.

Lösen der Steckverbindung
Durch Niederdrücken des Rasthackens
am
Deckel
den
vollständig öffnen. Dabei muss der
Hebel senkrecht zur Oberflaeche des
Kontakttraegers
(siehe Abb. 38), um Fehlfunktion und
Beschaedigungen am Kontakttraeger zu
vermeiden.

10 Befestigung des Kabelbaums,
Zugentlastung
Der Kabelbaum jedes einzelnen Steckers
ist in maximal 100 mm Entfernung vom
Stecker auf dem selben Schwingungs-
niveau wie das Steuergerät zu fixieren.
Hierzu
sind
eine
Metallschelle
oder
massiver Kabelbinder zu verwenden.
