5.General application
Connection and starting up
Please, check main voltage first.
The main voltage that is indicated on the name plate must correspond
to the main supply.
Main supply
Connect the main plug with the main supply. In case you are using an
extension cable, make sure it is designed for the power of the
machine.
Positioning of the machine and activation of the magnet
Make sure the surface is even and clean.
Put the machine into position and actuate the magnetic switch.
The magnetic adhesion depends on the material strength and the
structure.
Colour coat, zinc layer and layer of scale reduce the magnetic
adhesion considerably.
Note
The motor can only be started if the magnet is switched on.
After power failure, the motor must be switched on again.
Magnet indicator
If the magnetic force is sufficient, the MAGNET POWER signal lamp
lights up GREEN!
If the signal lamp lights up RED, the magnetic force is not
sufficient.
Magnet Power
Secure the machine by means of a chain
When the machine is used on horizontal or vertical areas or overhead,
it has to be secured by means of the chain, which is part of the
delivery.
