Although the appliance is complete with all safe-
ty devices, during installation and connection
additional devices must be added if necessary to
comply with the relevant legal requirements.
Pan recognition device: cuts out the cooking

zone if no pan is peasant or if the pan is empty.
Temperature sensor: cuts out the cooking
B)
zone if the temperature is too high. Once the
problem has been resolved and the tempera-
ture has returned to normal, operation is auto-
matically restored.
Cooling fan: reduces the temperature of com-

ponents if they overheat.

SAFETY DEVICES

Important
The cooling fan operates even if the control
knob is turned off (pos."0") until the tempera-
ture returns to normal levels.
