BEFORE YOU START
WARNING: BEFORE YOU START OPERATING THE MACHINE, WASH THE INTERNAL
COMPONENTS FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS INDICATED BELOW.
THESE STEPS MUST BE REPEATED AT LEAST ONCE A DAY AND WHEN THE MA-
CHINE HAS NOT BEEN OPERATED FOR MORE THAN 8 HOURS.
Groups
•
Hook up the lter holders to the groups (without coffee).
•
Let each group dispense water for about a minute.
Hot Water
•
Run the water replacement as indicated in the section "
Steam (also with Turbosteam)
•
Dispense steam from the nozzles for about a minute, using the appropriate buttons.
Turbo Milk (where applicable)
•
After removing the intake tube from the milk container, carry out a few test cycles.
DURING OPERATION
Steam dispensing (also with Turbosteam)
•
Before heating the beverage (water, milk, etc.), open the steam nozzle for at least 3 seconds and
let the steam escape so that condensation is eliminated.
Coffee dispensing
•
If the machine has not been used for more than an hour, before using the hot water, dispense
about 100 cc and discard the liquid.
Hot water dispensing
•
If the machine has not been used for more than an hour, before using the hot water, dispense
about 200 cc and discard the liquid.
Cleaning the coffee/milk circuits
•
Please read the speci c section in the user's manual to learn how to clean these circuits.
