FIRST USE

First cleaning

• Remove all accessories and the removable shelf supports (if applicable).
• Clean the appliance before first use.
Important! See chapter 'Maintenance and cleaning'.

Preheating

Preheat the empty appliance to burn off the remaining grease.
1. Select the 'Top and bottom heat' function and the maximum temperature.
2. Let the appliance operate for an hour.
3. Select the 'Hot air' function and the maximum temperature.
4. Let the appliance operate for 10 minutes.
5. Select the 'Turbo grilling' function and the maximum temperature.
6. Let the appliance operate for 10 minutes.
Accessories may become hotter than usual. The appliance may emit a strange smell and smoke.
This is normal. Provide adequate ventilation in the kitchen.
