Error
The door opener does not work.
The hand transmitter cannot actuate
the door opener.
The operating range of the hand
transmitter is too restricted.
The toothed belt moves, but the door
does not.
The toothed belt has some sag and
is noisy.
The door does not move, nothing is
shown on the display, the red LED
light on the PCB is on.
Causes
1. The plug is not inserted
properly.
2. The fuse has been tripped.
1. The hand transmitter may have
been wrongly registered or has
not been registered at all.
2. The battery is out of power.
The battery may be empty.
The emergency release may have
been triggered.
The toothed belt is slack due to the
reduced tension of the belt.
The door system is not in good balance
and causes high peak force and starts
the protection function of the opener.
Solution
1. Plug the mains plug into the
mains outlet.
2. Have the cause checked by a
qualified person, then switch
the fuse back on again.
1. Register the hand transmitter
again, refer to page 67.
2. Replace the battery.
Replace with a new one of the same
model.
Operate the door opener until the
emergency release engages again
automatically.
Tension the toothed belt as described
on page 51.
Cut off the power supply for at least 3
minutes. then adjust the door system
and make sure it´s well balanced.
